Tenant's Insurance

As part of Citydeal Estates ongoing commitment to provide a high quality service, we are now able to offer greater peace of mind to current and potential tenants. As a tenant you are at particular risk from theft and also have responsibilities for the landlords' property, contents, fixtures and fittings.

As a HomeLet Agent, Citydeal Estates is able to offer a range of products at competitive rates to our tenants. HomeLet Tenant's Insurance protects your possessions and includes accidental damage to the Landlords property. Below is a summary of cover:

• Loss or damage to your contents: caused by; theft, malicious act or riot, fire, explosion, lighting earthquake, storm, flood, escape of water, collision by vehicle, aircraft, animals.
• Accidental Damage to Landlords Contents: cover includes your liability under a Tenancy Agreement for Damage to your landlord's buildings and contents.
• Additional cover including: damage to TV, audio, video equipment, cost of replacement locks following theft of keys, cost of alternative accommodation (30% of sum insured), frozen food (£250), personal liability (£1 million).
• Optional Loss or Accidental Damage to personal possessions: including pedal cycles.

Excess: The first £100 of each claim is not covered.
